Once you have selected your party items , you can click on the checkout box, this will take you to billing information :
*please enter the correct full deliver addess or your residential addess for collections (as on your proof of address)
*In the comment box add the colours, date, entrance and all special remarks
Click on next step , chose eft and download invoice
*it may take 1-3 days recived confirmation of availability , we require a 50% deposit to confirm and keep all items .
how does delivery and collection work
* On the thursday of your party week ,clients will recive a sms confirming the estimate time of delivery
* On the day of delivery fri/sat/sun our drivers will again call when loading
* It is the clients responsibility to make sure there is someone to recive on delivery and to assist on collection .
* All payments must be done before or on delivery
* Setup ( R50 jumping castle ) or drop off / collect and go
we do not setup tables and chairs unless requested , price depends on quantity
stretch tents , marquess includes setup
* The driver will arange collection times on dropoff
* All items to be returned back clean and dry
* No refund on cancellations . up to 50% of full amount might be refunded if not used
When to plan a party
Our team is quick and efficient we can assist within short notice 1hour :) (but to properly experience our party magic, we request that detailed special parties be booked 4-6 weeks prior to the special date ).
for late bookings within the same week as your party date please call for assistance we might not always be doing admin
